Donation Requests

The Marriott Theatre would be happy to consider your request for donated tickets. Due to the tremendous number of donation requests received we ask that you submit your written request at least 8 weeks prior to your event. The donation will come in the form of a certificate for two for the next production following your event. If your request is approved, a donation certificate will be mailed out in plenty of time for your event date. If you’re requesting tickets for a Theatre for Young Audiences production, please specify that.

The Marriott Theatre recognizes various efforts that happen all year round and we will try to donate to all of them. Please understand that there is a limit to the donations issued. We receive hundreds of donations each month, so we must limit the requests to organizations which are accredited non-profit 501 c-3 organizations and those affiliated with a school or church.

Please note: The theatre is unable to donate hotel stays or meals at the Marriott Resort; nor can the Theatre purchase ad space in event programs or make monetary donations.

Donation requests will be accepted by fax, e-mail, or standard mail only (details below). Please do not call to inquire about your donation request. All donation letters should be no longer than one page, and must be on official letterhead of the company or charity and include the following:

  • Date of the event
  • Contact name and contact information
  • Address
